Shipped from Romania, across the EU

Every order leaves our workshop in Cluj-Napoca with a tracking number, in a parcel without any Gravilo branding.

Delivery times count from the day the parcel leaves our workshop and are estimates, not guarantees.

Tracking for every parcel
On Shopify, tracking is added to the order and Shopify notifies your customer. With the API, you get it by webhook.
No Gravilo branding
The label shows your customer’s address and a neutral sender, “STL”, never the Gravilo name. The courier’s delivery messages name STL too. We never contact your customers.
No customs within the EU
We ship from Romania, inside the EU, so your customers pay no import duties.
Shipping costs
Shipping is priced per package, by destination country. A package holds several items: when an order has different products, the highest package price applies, and a further package is charged only when the items don’t fit in one.
