Cookie policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

Draft: this text is being reviewed and is not yet in force.

This website loads advertising and analytics tools only if you accept them in our cookie banner. Until you choose, or if you reject them, none of them loads and no cookie is set. If you see no cookie banner, none of these tools is in use.

If you accept, depending on your choice:

  • Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited), for statistics: how visitors find and use the site. Cookies _ga and _ga_…, kept for up to 13 months.
  • Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited), for marketing: measuring our ads. Cookie _gcl_au, kept for 90 days.
  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited), for marketing: measuring and improving our ads on Facebook and Instagram. Cookies _fbp and _fbc, kept for 90 days.

These tools also send data about your visit to Google and Meta, as our privacy policy explains. Fonts and images come from our own servers, and the site contains no social media embeds.

Changing your choice

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time with “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page. When you withdraw it, we remove these cookies from your browser and the tools no longer load. We ask you again after six months.

What we store in your browser

When you pick a language with the language switcher, we save your choice (gv-locale) in your browser’s local storage. The next time you open our home page, it opens in that language.

It contains only a language code, never leaves your browser and is not used to identify you. Because it is strictly necessary for a feature you asked for, it does not need your consent.

Once you answer the cookie banner, we save your choice (gv-consent) the same way: the categories you accepted and when, so we can respect it. It only remembers your choice, so it doesn’t need your consent either.

Statistics

If we add visitor statistics, they will work without cookies and without identifying you, and we will name the tool on this page.

Our apps

The merchant platform and the Gravilo app for Shopify use cookies or similar storage only as needed to keep you signed in and secure. Our privacy policy explains how we handle the data in your account.

Removing what we stored

You can delete what we stored, cookies included, at any time by clearing this website’s data in your browser settings.
